The hut is located in upper Brembana valley in the municipality of Branzi, it can be reached on foot from the following localities: Carona, Roncobello and Branzi.
Set in an area rich in alpine fauna and flora, it’s surrounded by several artificial lakes and majestic peaks that offer many hikes; ideal base point for short walks or daily hikes.
The hut offers to hikers the service of bar, restaurant and accommodation in a youthful atmosphere, where you will experience a great welcome and a well-groomed cuisine dedicated to typical dishes of the local tradition, accompanied by a selection of wines of the area. Take refreshment at the hut with our well-groomed cuisine dedicated to local products, where you can taste cold cuts and cheeses of the area; those searching for typical dishes, can choose among casoncelli, foiade with mushrooms and pizzoccheri, or pasta with strachitunt or with taleggio, with meat or game sauce, in addition to a good thick soup.
Then you can try our meats like donkey stews, stews, roasts, lamb, roe deer and deer, all accompanied by a steaming polenta with mushrooms, in company with a quality wine belonging to our territory, and finally our daily baked cakes.
The hut is also designed for families and groups, with offers of half board stays in small rooms with 46 beds or in rooms with 12 beds.
