Rifugio Gnutti Serafino
Serafino Gnutti Hut is located in the wonderful Val Miller.
It can be reached in approximately 2 hours’ walk, from the locality Ponte del Guat (where you can park), 10 km beyond the village of Sonico.
This hike is carried out along the trail 23 through the famous “Scale Del Milller” (“Miller Stairs”), accessible by everyone, without any great difficulties in a landscape of enchanting and wild beauty.
The hut is known as starting point for the climbing to Adamello Peak, through the assisted “Terzulli” trail.
The ascent to Plem Summit through the Cristallo Pass is no less exciting, besides the easier hikes, discovering small lakes and peatlands.
Climbing lovers are spoilt for choice, they will found several trails with different difficulty levels just a few minutes away from the hut. The accomodation has 34 beds available, in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
The cuisine is simple but notably accurate, with special consideration for products belonging to Camonica Valley.
